1). Adjustment of production process:
1. First, check whether the process parameters are the same as the actual model, material, and mold;
2. When the process parameters are input at the same time, start the production of the first can of beer at a slightly reduced pressure speed, and then gradually adjust (according to the product quality ratio);
3. When there are no process parameters, you must know the mold structure, glue dosage and other adjustments. Blind adjustment is strictly prohibited. Note that if the special mold is not glued enough, the mold will stick, and if there is too much glue, the line will stick.
2). Operator production:
1. Check whether the machine safety adjustment is safe;
2. Whether the operator is familiar with the product quality standards before operation;
3. The plastic injection molding factory said that the processing method must be correct, such as: the nozzle position must be cut flat or approved, and other edges cannot be damaged or cut flat;
4. Check the appearance and pay attention to shrinkage, color mixing, top height, lack of glue, flowers, etc., and clarify the uncertainty of the limit acceptance;
5. Products with strict appearance requirements, such as mirrors, light buttons, smooth surfaces, etc., have not been sprayed with oil, and assembled outside, must not have fingerprints and oil stains. The workbench should be kept clean and the product should not have scratches or abrasions.
6. During the production process, the product is fully inspected every 30 minutes, and the samples and quality inspection packaging instructions are carefully checked to ensure that the qualified rate of the produced products reaches 100%;
7. At the same time, pay attention to whether the nozzle of the machine leaks glue, whether the hopper needs to be loaded, whether there is a problem with the mold, and whether the production task is completed every hour;
