Plastic mold design &test

Testing of plastic moulds:
To a certain extent, we test the mold only to find out the problems existing in the mold, not to solve them. Therefore, the mold test is divided into several steps, including empty running, high pressure holding, high-speed injection and related long-time mold running detection.
We'll test the mould again after polishing,then send customer the final sample and video of mould test to confirm.
Through the accurate analysis of mold design, processing steps and plastic mold structure, we provide a perfect solution for customers.Mold inspection involves many aspects, such as: mold strength, mold flow analysis, mold injection, cooling system, guide system, specifications of various parts, customer machine selection and customer special mold requirements, etc., all of which should be tested according to the mold design standard.

Shipping Mould Details

Before the luggage mold is shipped,we will check whether the opening and closing of the plastic mould is smooth,the water cooling system,the hydraulic oil system and the hot runner system.

The cavity and core are cleaned without iron filings and impurities.

Blow the waterway clean to prevent long-term sea transportation from rusting.

We spray anti-rust agent on the inside of the mold,spray paint on the outside of the mould, and apply anti -rust oil on the thimble.

We will put a nameplate on the mold,it shows the mould name,the year of production and mould information,mold weight and size.

Mould parts are provided free of charge,(convenient for customers to replace).

Mould Maintenance Tips

Routine maintenance of the mould

Refueling of various moving parts such as thimbles,guide posts,and guide sleeves,cleaning the surface of the mold,and dredging accumulated water.

Regular maintenance

Cleaning of exhaust grooves,discharge of trapped air and black spots,correction of damaged and worn parts.

Appearance maintenance

Spray paint on the outside of the mould to prevent rust. fixed mold and movable mould should be coated with anti-rust oil.when the mould is stored,it should be airtight to prevent dust from entering the cavity.

A: For most mold,normally 45 to 60 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mold drawings approved.

Q: How to approval samples?

A: 1) You can come to our factory to see the mold testing directly.
2) We could send samples by DHL, TNT, Fedex, and we can send mold running video and molding parts dimension inspection report to you by email.

Q: What about your after service?

A: 1 year under normal use procedure,Spare part which is non-man made damaged will be offered for free within one year, and you can contact us at any time if you need help.
