Mould Design
1.We analyze the feasibility, shrinkage, and molding temperature of plastic products.

Mould Metal Material
1.We select different steels based on the plastic material, expected mold life, and customer requirements.

Mould Machine Tooling
1.After the injection disposable spoon mold drawing is confirmed, we begin production.
2.The process includes mold steel preparation, CNC rough machining, deep hole drilling, EDM, drilling, high-speed milling, finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3.We precisely control dimensions and conduct self-inspections for each mold part, following the drawing specifications and tolerance limits.

Mould Testing
1.The initial mold test checks for smooth and correct operation.
2.After polishing, the disposable spoon mold is tested again. The test samples are compared with the original design.
3.Final samples and mold testing videos are sent to customers for confirmation.

Shipping Mould Details
1.Before shipping, we check the smooth operation of the mold, the water-cooling system, hydraulic oil system, and hot runner system.
2.The cavity and core are cleaned to ensure no iron filings or impurities remain.
3.Waterways are blown clean to prevent rust during long-term sea transportation.
4.We apply anti-rust agent inside the mold, spray paint on the exterior, and coat the ejector pins with anti-rust oil.
5.A nameplate is attached to the mold, showing the mold name, production year, mold information, weight, and size.
6.Free mold parts are provided for customer convenience during future replacements.
