Aspect analysis (including: mold draft angle, product surface microcosm, pouring system design, exhaust system design, cooling system design, etc.) The main and prone problems of these molds will be tested repeatedly during the mold structure design.

Plastic spoon mold steel
Commonly used mold steel choices: 45#, 40Cr, P20, 2738, 2316, 718, NAK80, S136, etc. Generally, it is better to choose P20 and 2738 for plastic cup molds, which are reasonably priced and can also achieve a certain smoothness on the surface of the product. For those with high internal requirements, especially gears, 2316 and 718 are used. If you want to ensure the quality of the mold, you can choose NAK80.

The mold uses circulating water to flow in every part of the mold, reducing the cooling time during injection molding, improving product production efficiency, and greatly reducing production costs.

☆Mold maintenance
Mold maintenance is more important than mold repair. The more times the mold is repaired, the shorter its lifespan; and the better the mold is maintained, the longer its service life will be. Mold maintenance is mainly divided into three points:
1. Daily maintenance of the mold: refueling of various moving parts such as ejector pins, rows, guide posts, and guide sleeves, cleaning of the mold surface, and clearing of water transport are all daily maintenance during mold production.
2. Regular maintenance: In addition to daily maintenance, regular maintenance includes cleaning of the exhaust slot, exhausting the trapped air and burning black spots, and repairing damaged and worn parts.
3. Appearance maintenance: Paint the outside of the mold base to avoid rust. When lowering the mold, the fixed and movable molds should be coated with anti-rust oil. The mold should be closed tightly when stored to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
