How to Make a Garbage Bin Mould?
Production principle of waste bin mould
Plastic trash cans are usually produced by trash can moulds. The principle is to continuously input granular plastic into the barrel of the molding machine to heat and melt, then pushed by the injection rod, introduced into the mold through the nozzle of the mold and the pouring system, and then cooled and solidified under pressure. In order to realize the normal stacking of the large trash can after the pedal is installed, it is necessary to make corresponding changes to the structure of the large trash can and the mold of the trash can.
Manufacturing method of waste bin mould
The technicians provide a garbage can mold, which uses the cooperation of the concave cavity and the convex cavity to form the receiving cavity of the garbage can. The longitudinal cross-sectional projection of the receiving cavity is irregular, and the exposed part that affects the normal stacking of the garbage can is placed in the receiving cavity. The technical solution for realizing the waste bin mould is: a waste bin mould, including an inner mold and an outer mold, two opposite side walls of the outer mold protrude to form two protrusions, and two side walls of the inner mold are relatively concave to form two concave cavity; the lower opening of the concave cavity, the concave cavity is located at the bottom of the side wall; the boxing cavity of the trash can is formed between the protrusion and the concave cavity, and the protrusion is embedded in the concave cavity; the longitudinal section projection of the concave cavity and the convex cavity is different Regular.
