Manufacturing process of trash can mold
The manufacturing process of trash can mold includes design, mold making, processing, assembly and testing. The specific process is as follows:
1. Design
According to the requirements of the size, shape and material of the trash can, the mold drawing design and structure design are carried out, and the parameters of the injection system and cooling system are determined.
2. Molding
According to the mold drawing, friction welding, electric spark and other processes are used to manufacture the mold head, die and movable mold and other components.
3. Processing
The manufactured mold head, die and movable mold and other components are processed, including cutting, drilling, grinding, polishing and other processes.
4. Assembly
Assemble the processed parts, including installing guide pillars, pull rods, ejector rods, elastic elements and other components to form the movable mold, and install the injection system and cooling system at the same time.
5. Testing
Test the assembled trash can mold, including injection test, opening and closing test, product quality inspection and other links of the mold.
