The working principle of injection mold is to inject molten plastic into the mold and form the desired plastic product after cooling for a certain period of time. The specific work flow is as follows:
Mold opening: Divide the mold into two halves to inject plastic into the mold.
Injection molding: Inject molten plastic into the mold, and control the flow and shape of the plastic through ejectors and sliders.
Cooling: Cool the mold through the cooling system to speed up the molding of plastic products and improve production efficiency.
Mold opening and demoulding: Remove the plastic product from the mold.
