Manufacturing flow of mould

 

RFQ

Get the sample or drawing from customer, analyze and quote as per customer requests, make DFM, give some professional suggestions to help customer improve the product

Negotiation

Discuss about the mould steel, delivery time, payment term and so on

Place an order

Customer confirms the plastic material, injection machine spec and other details, we start make the design

Mould design

Make the mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, accordingly customer machine spec and other requests.

Mould tooling

Start the mould tooling after mould design confirmed.(Cut steel, CNC machining, polishing, testing.)

Mould processing

Mould process photo or video update to customer each 10 days

Test sample

T1: Checking if mould working corrects, if the dimension, weight, wall thickness meet customer request. If everything ok, send the sample to customer approve

Delivery

Once sample approved, we check eavey detials of mould, make sure the mould work well, than will ship the moulds within 7 days after get customer ship
