Shipment of Plastic Injection Mould

1.After receiving the customer’s confirmation for shipment, we attach a nameplate to the mould. This includes the product’s serial number, production year, and mould information.

2.The mould is then coated with anti-rust oil and securely wrapped in a protective plastic bubble bag.

3.We secure the wrapped mould with nails or other appropriate methods to ensure it arrives safely.

4.The mould is then placed into a wooden case for additional protection during shipping.

5.The wooden case is carefully sealed and labeled with shipping marks to ensure safe and prompt delivery to the customer.

6.If there are any special instructions or important notes, we prepare a printed document and include it with the mould.

 

Materials Used for Making Refrigerator Plastic Mould

 

 

Refrigerator plastic mould is made using a variety of materials. They include:

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)

ABS is used for making refrigerator moulds due to its amenability to machining, robust nature, and good surface finish. It is acquired with a blend of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene that cater for toughness, chemical resistance, and rigidity. ABS also readily withstands the refrigeration environment, thus making it suitable for various components.

Polypropylene (PP)

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: The standard stamping parts are shipped around 15-30 days after payment. For the mould delivey time, normally we can do 25-45 days fast mould delivery, specific delivery time will be different to various products.

Q: What is your company need before to submit a quotation?

A: 2D/3D drawing or sample, and provide the following information, such as material, quantity, process requirements, surface treatment, equipment requirements, etc.Because most of products are customized products of customers, we need customers to provide as detailed product information as possible, so that we can provide accurate quotation and product services.

Q: What is the free quantity of mold test sample?

A: Usually there will be provided 5-10 pieces of mold test samples with the test report. We will provide no more than 30 pieces of test sample after the customer confirmed that the test sample is qualified. The video of mold operation process is provided to confirm that the mould can steadily produce qualified parts.
In addition, there will be extra charge for more than 30 pieces of mould test sample.
