1). Types of trash can molds
Trash can molds are mainly divided into injection molds and die-casting molds. Injection molds are suitable for the production of plastic trash cans, while die-casting molds are suitable for the production of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy trash cans.
2). Composition of trash can molds
The trash can mold consists of a mold head, a die, a movable mold, a fixed mold, a tie rod, a guide column, a push rod, an elastic element, an injection system and a cooling system, among which the injection system and the cooling system are common parts of injection molds and die-casting molds.
1. Mold head
The mold head is an important part of the trash can mold and can be divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic types. The semi-automatic mold head needs to be opened and closed manually, and the fixed and separated plate structures need to be used to ensure the quality of the molded product. The fully automatic mold head uses hydraulic, pneumatic or electric systems to open and close, which can achieve fast production and high-quality molded products.
2. Die and movable mold
The die is the main manufacturing tool for trash cans. It is made of mold steel and can be processed by forging, heat treatment and cutting. The die mainly includes the mold cavity, mold core and mold base. The movable mold is a moving part of the trash can mold, which mainly includes guide pillars, pull rods and ejector rods.
3. Fixed mold
The fixed mold is another part of the trash can mold, which mainly plays a positioning and supporting role. It is composed of templates, assembly parts and connecting bolts.
4. Injection system and cooling system
The injection system and cooling system are common parts of the trash can mold, which are used to control parameters such as temperature in the mold, injection speed and injection pressure. The injection system mainly includes nozzles, nozzles, thermometers and pressure gauges, and the cooling system includes water inlets, outlets and water pipes.
