Assembly and mold trial‌: According to the mold design requirements, check the dimensional accuracy, position accuracy, and surface roughness of standard parts, components, and molded parts; assemble and test the mold according to the assembly process regulations.

‌Acceptance and trial‌: According to the acceptance technical conditions and contract provisions of various molds, the mold test parts (punching parts, plastic parts, etc.) and mold performance, working parameters, etc. are inspected and tried, and acceptance is carried out after passing.

‌The specific processing steps of the spool mold include‌:

‌Serial numbering‌: Number each part of the mold to ensure accuracy during installation.

‌A/B plate processing‌: Processing of the movable and fixed mold frame to ensure the flatness and flatness of the mold frame.

Mold core processing: including burrs, fine grinding, milling machine processing, CNC rough processing, heat treatment, fine polishing, CNC finishing, spark discharge machining, wire cutting (slow wire cutting), mold saving and other steps.
