It also plays different functions in the processing process. The feeding system has drying, temperature control, and recycling. Temperature control can be used for cooling, and recycling can reduce the production cost of the enterprise. The feeding system also plays an indispensable role in drying, conveying, metering, and mixing steps. Drying equipment can absorb wet materials and pre-treat materials before molding, etc. For example, in some processing processes such as plexiglass, polycarbonate, and polyoxymethylene, the quality and dryness are guaranteed.
Heating equipment in injection mold processing mainly refers to equipment used for extrusion, injection molding, calendering, etc. For example, the temperature heating controller of the barrel mold and the calendering roller is often used in modern times to replace the complex steam heating with thermal oil electric heating. Refrigerator is divided into air-cooled and water-cooled. The air-cooled type has low heat exchange capacity, so it is not used in large quantities, while the water-cooled type has large heat exchange capacity and good heat exchange effect and is widely used. We know that the proportion of scraps in injection mold processing is about 5% to 20% of the total production. Different crushing equipment is used to recycle scraps.
