Plastic molds are widely used in life. For plastic molds, many people always have a half-understanding, and they don't know that after the design is completed, they need to pay attention to some details to make the plastic mold play a greater role. 1. Precision positioning of mold frame: ensure the precision of front and rear mold clamping, because the guide pillars and guide pillars have transition fit.

 

2. Prying angle: There is no prying angle after the standard mold frame is introduced, and the designer needs to add it according to the size of the mold frame.

 

3. Hanging mold hole: The hanging mold hole of the standard mold frame is only on the heaven and earth side under normal circumstances, but some large and medium-sized molds need hanging mold holes on both sides, so they need to be added manually.

 

4. Stabilizer block: Under normal circumstances, molds above 40 need to add counterweight blocks to ensure that the mold bearing capacity is stable during clamping.

 

5. Torsion spring: It is the mold ejector torsion spring. According to the injection stroke of the product, it is necessary to add 5~10mm of pre-pressure, calculate the shrinkage of the torsion spring, and then select the appropriate torsion spring.

6. Waterway import and export trade printing: During the production process, the test personnel can see the direction of the waterway by looking at IN/OUT, and it is not easy to make mistakes when connecting the waterway.

 

7. Mold serial number printing: It is also a convenient way to manage the mold. In subsequent production, the mold can be found by looking at the serial number.

 

8. Mold factory nameplate: Record mold information and customer information, that is, the ID number of the mold, which is convenient for mold management and search.

 

9. Guide column exhaust groove: Under normal circumstances, there is no exhaust groove on the standard mold frame, so the designer needs to add it himself, especially in the case of large and medium-sized molds. Once the exhaust groove is forgotten, it will cause the guide column to get stuck. It will be troublesome.
