Process of mold manufacturing
Mold manufacturing refers to the processing of forming and blank tools, in addition to shearing and die cutting molds. Generally speaking, the mold consists of an upper mold and a lower mold. The steel plate is placed between the upper and lower molds, and the material is formed under the action of the press. When the press is opened, the workpiece or the corresponding waste material determined by the mold shape is taken out.

Mold processing
1. Bottom surface processing, processing quality assurance;
2. The billet datum is correct, check the two-dimensional and three-dimensional contour allowance;
3. 2D and 3D surface rough processing, non-installation and non-working plane design processing (including platform surface, buffer installation surface, pressure plate through plane, side reference surface);
4. Before semi-finishing, the side reference surface finds the correct accuracy;
5. Semi-finishing 2D and 3D surface, finishing and various equipment installation of a working surface (including two limit block installation surfaces and contact surfaces, insert installation surfaces and backrests, punch installation surfaces, scrap cutter installation surfaces and backrests, spring installation surfaces and contact surfaces, various work travel time limits lead to working surfaces, wedge installation surfaces and backrests), semi-finishing various guide surfaces and guide holes, leaving allowance finishing technology design reference holes and heights as reference surfaces, and recording information data;
6. Inspection and review of processing technology accuracy;
