First, the barrel temperature of the injection molding machine needs to be carefully checked. If the temperature is too low, the raw materials are not fully melted, and gas residues are easily generated, thus forming bubbles. Therefore, moderately increasing the barrel temperature to ensure uniform melting of the raw materials is a key step in eliminating bubbles. But remember, too high a temperature is also undesirable, so as to avoid degradation of the raw materials and affect product quality.

 

Secondly, the regulation of injection pressure and speed is also crucial. If the pressure is insufficient and the raw materials are not filled solidly, bubbles will have an opportunity to take advantage; if the speed is too fast, air may be involved, aggravating the bubble problem. Therefore, the injection pressure and speed need to be accurately set according to the product characteristics and mold structure to achieve a balanced state.

 

Furthermore, the optimization of the mold exhaust system should not be ignored. If the exhaust is not smooth, the gas inside the injection mold is difficult to discharge, and bubbles are naturally difficult to avoid. Therefore, the mold exhaust holes should be checked regularly to see if they are unobstructed. If necessary, exhaust grooves should be added or the exhaust hole positions should be adjusted to ensure smooth gas discharge.

 

In addition, the moisture content of the raw materials themselves also needs to be strictly controlled. If the moisture content is too high, it is easy to evaporate and form bubbles during the injection molding process. Therefore, the raw materials should be dried before use to ensure that the moisture content meets the standard.

 

In summary, the solution to the bubble problem of injection molded products lies in a multi-pronged approach: adjusting the barrel temperature, optimizing the injection molding pressure and speed, improving the mold exhaust system, and strictly controlling the moisture content of the raw materials.
