Machine malfunction. Including bearing damage, gear damage or poor fit, belt failure, etc., all of which can cause the machine to make abnormal noises.
Improper use. If the operating environment of the grille machine is poor (uneven ground, unstable equipment installation), excessive garbage disposal leads to jamming, improper operation or maintenance, etc., it may cause abnormal noises.
Equipment itself issues. Factors such as unreasonable mold structure, rough surface, uneven contact area, loose mechanical components, and poor friction can all cause significant vibration during injection molding.
The issue of plastic raw materials. Unstable temperature, uneven quality, and high melt viscosity can also affect the stability of injection molding machine opening.
