Injection molding is a manufacturing process that involves injecting thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics under high pressure into a mold cavity, where they cool and solidify to form a product of a specific shape.

Through precise temperature control and pressure regulation, the flowing plastic melt is molded into the complex geometric shape required by the design in a short period of time.

 

Granular raw materials are fed into a hopper, and through the rotational shearing of the screw and the gradual heating of the heating barrel, the material undergoes a transformation from a glassy state to a viscous flow state. Then, under the thrust of the injection mechanism, the melt fills every corner of the mold, and then, through a precisely controlled cooling system, the product completes crystallization and solidification in a short time.
