Plastic mold injection molding method of extrusion
Polymer mixing is defined as a process of upgrading a polymer or polymer system by melt mixing.
The compounding process ranges from the addition of a single additive to multiple additive treatments, polymer alloys and reactive mixing. It is estimated that one-third of polymer production in the United States is compounded. The compounding ingredients can be customized according to the performance requirements of the final application. The compounded products have mixed properties, such as high gloss and excellent impact strength, or precision moldability and good stiffness.
The compounded polymer is usually pelletized for further processing. However, the industry is increasingly interested in combining compounding with the next step, such as profile extrusion, which avoids heating the polymer again.
Our molds follow rigorous production processes and strict quality control systems. The quality of the products produced is stable. We mainly produce water conservancy plastic molds, water conservancy slope protection plastic molds, rice seedling trays and other molds.
