Injection molding production stage:
Injection molding process: Install the mold on the injection molding machine, heat the plastic particles to melt them and inject them into the mold cavity for molding. It is necessary to control the temperature, pressure and speed of the injection molding machine to ensure that the plastic fills the mold cavity to form a complete washing machine control panel.
Cooling and demoulding: After the injection molding is completed, wait for the plastic to cool and solidify, then open the mold and take out the molded washing machine control panel.
