Flower pot mold preparation process:

1. Design the structure and size of the flower pot mold and determine the required materials.

3. Make a mold model according to the model. You can use materials such as silicone to make the mold, or you can use materials such as wood to make the mold.

4. Fix the mold model to the base of the mold.

5. The material for preparing the flower pot mold is generally high-strength and wear-resistant materials such as polyhexamethylene board, stainless steel, etc.

6. Pour the material of the mold into the mold so that it fully fills the entire mold space to ensure the shape and size of the flower pot mold.

7. After the material of the mold is solidified, remove the solidified flower pot mold from the mold.

8. Clean and trim the surface of the flower pot mold to remove the residue and uneven parts of the mold material.

9. Perform a trial mold of the flower pot mold to determine whether the quality and performance of the mold meet the requirements.

10. Store the qualified flower pot molds in boxes and take them out when needed.
