What is a bottle cap mold?
A bottle cap mold is a special mold used to produce various plastic bottle caps. It usually consists of multiple parts, including a lower mold, an upper mold, a mold core, a mold seat, and an upper cover plate. These parts play an important role in the design and manufacturing of the mold.
The working principle of the bottle cap mold is similar to the process of producing plastic bottle embryos, and is mainly divided into four steps: closing the lower mold, blistering, product molding, and mold opening. After the lower mold is closed, a complete mold space is formed. The heated plastic is sucked into the blister hole of the upper mold through injection molding. As the air pressure drops, the plastic is compressed and molded. Finally, the mold is opened to complete a production cycle.
