Three situations that must be paid attention to during injection molding
As we all know, injection molding is an industry with a wide range of knowledge, strong technicality and practicality. In the entire injection molding production process, plastic raw materials, color powder, nozzle materials, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, fixtures, sprays, various auxiliary materials and packaging materials are required, which bring a lot of workload and certain difficulties to the management of the injection molding workshop. Therefore, when we carry out injection molding, we must pay attention to the following three situations.

1. Different raw materials require different temperatures during injection molding. Too high or too low temperature will have a bad effect on injection molding. Too low temperature will affect the color of liquid raw materials; too high temperature will easily produce burrs. Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature of injection molding according to different raw materials.
2. During the injection molding process, we must also control the pouring speed. If it is too fast, it will easily produce burrs, and even cause overfilling and burning. If it is too slow, there will be shrinkage and easy breakage. Therefore, when we are performing injection molding, we must control the pouring speed to ensure that the quality of the products produced meets the requirements.
3. During the injection molding process, we also need to pay attention to controlling the cooling time. The specific time required needs to be determined according to the specific situation of the processed product.
