Each plastic mold can only produce a specific product, and the mold generally has no universality.

Due to the rapid update and fierce market competition of new products, customers may require a short mold production cycle.
(3) The completeness of plastic mold production
When multiple sets of molds are needed for processing a certain workpiece, the various sets of molds are often intertwined and influenced by each other. Only if the overall product is qualified, this series of molds can be considered qualified.
(4) Advanced plastic mold manufacturing equipment
The precision requirements for plastic molds are high, and the processing accuracy of molds depends on machine tool accuracy, processing technology, measurement methods, etc. The mold is widely used for CNC machine tool processing, coordinate measurement and other equipment to control the machining accuracy. The commonly used precision machining equipment for plastic mold manufacturing includes CNC milling machines, machining centers, wire cutting machines, slow wire cutting machines, electric spark forming machines, CNC forming grinders, etc.
(5) Research on Plastic Mold Manufacturing Process
In order to reduce the difficulty of processing and ensure the assembly relationship of related parts on general machine tools, "actual matching method" and "same boring method" are often used for processing, which reduces the interchangeability of parts.
