Maintenance of automobile molds
1. Wire drawing die punches and dies:
The main problems and wear and tear of punches and wire drawing dies are mainly concentrated in the rounded wear parts of automobile molds. If there are pits, repair the automobile mold welding, and then repair the smooth and directional parts.

2. Elastic parts such as springs:
During use, springs are one of the most easily damaged parts in automobile molds, and they usually break and deform. The solution is to replace them, but you must pay attention to the specifications and models of the springs during replacement. The spring specifications have three types: color, diameter and length. Only three types can be replaced under the same conditions.
3. When maintaining the mold:
Before installing the mold, clean the upper and lower surfaces of the mold to ensure that the mold installation surface is parallel to the working surface of the press and the upper and lower surfaces of the mold in production.
4. Production maintenance:
When making the mold, oil the corresponding parts. Such as: adhesive, rounded wire drawing die; trimming die; flanging knife block part, etc. Clean the waste from the trimming and punching die holes.
5. Post-production maintenance:
After production, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mold. Clean the mold thoroughly to ensure the cleanliness of the mold. Clean the waste in the mold to ensure that there is no waste in the box. After use, the use status and usage of the car will be truthfully fed back to the mold call.
