3. Analysis of the main reasons after mold analysis
A: The fixed side slider is not lubricated well, causing serious damage to the slider;
B: The screw is loose and the slider does not move smoothly, causing the damage to become more and more serious;
C: The slider cylinder is stuck and damaged;
4. Improvement plan
A: Polish the backing surface of the stamping die and the actuating surface of the slider, check the matching surface of the slide groove and then match the mold with red lead;
B: Check the pneumatic cylinder;
C: Replace the new pressure block and screws;
D: Re-match the slider and repair it;
E: Fill the oil groove on the actuating surface of the mold slider and add butter.

5. Improvement implementation
A: Polish the backing of the stamping die and the actuating surface of the slider, check the matching surface of the slide groove, and then assemble the mold with red lead;
B: Check that the pneumatic cylinder is normal;
C: Replace the new pressure block and screws;
D: Lubricate the slider after re-assembly and repair.
