Mold production process
1. ESI (Earlier Supplier Involvement): This stage is mainly a technical discussion between customers and suppliers on product design and mold development. The main purpose is to allow suppliers to clearly understand the design intentions and precision requirements of product designers, and also to allow product designers to better understand the mold production capabilities and product process performance, so as to make more reasonable designs.
2. Quotation: Including mold price, mold life, turnover process, machine required tonnage and mold delivery date. (More detailed quotations should include product size and weight, mold size and weight, etc.)

3. Purchase Order: Customer order, deposit issuance and supplier order acceptance.
4. Mold production planning and scheduling arrangement: At this stage, it is necessary to respond to the customer regarding the specific date of mold delivery. 5. Mold design (Design): The design software that may be used includes Pro/Engineer, UG, Solidworks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.
6. Purchasing materials
7. Mold processing (Machining): The processes involved generally include turning, milling, heat treatment, grinding, computerized numerical control (CNC), electric discharge machining (EDM), wire cutting (WEDM), jig grinding (JIG GRINGING), laser engraving, polishing, etc.
8. Mold assembly (Assembly)
9. Mold trial run
10. Sample evaluation report (SER)
11. Sample evaluation report approval (SER Approval)
