Optimizing the structural design of the mold system and the CAD/CAE/CAM of mold parts to make them more intelligent, improving the mold molding process and mold standardization level, improving mold manufacturing accuracy and quality, reducing the workload and manufacturing cycle of surface grinding and polishing of mold parts; researching and applying high-performance, easy-to-cut special materials for various mold parts to improve mold performance; in order to adapt to market diversification and new product trial production, rapid prototyping technology and rapid mold manufacturing technology are applied to rapidly manufacture molding molds, injection molds or die-casting molds, which should be the development trend of mold production technology in my country in the next 5 to 20 years.
