Injection molding faucet production
Molding stage
1. Pour the stirred plastic particles into the injection molding machine, and the machine will melt the particles;
2. Put the faucet mold into the machine one by one, close the machine cover, and the machine will squeeze the melted plastic into the faucet mold through the needle;
3. After molding, take it out and put it in water to cool and harden before taking it out.
Polishing stage
1. Since the plastic faucet is pressed by the injection molding machine using the mold, the size of its parting line is not uniform. You can use a sanding belt manually to polish the parting line position first. Generally speaking, sanding and leveling are required only when the parting line protrudes too much. If it is normal, you can directly enter process 2.
2. Use our special polishing cloth wheel BC-W24 #22 + our special polishing slurry 100 to directly level the mold line to a bright surface, and then proceed directly to subsequent electroplating processing.
