The production process of motorcycle helmet molds mainly includes the following steps:

During the processing, attention should be paid to reducing the knife marks to ensure that the mold surface is smooth and reduce the time for later manual processing. After the processing is completed, the processes of pumping air holes, matching molds, spraying Teflon, and trial molds are carried out.

‌Quality inspection and debugging‌: After the mold trial, the mold is quality inspected and debugged to ensure that it meets the design requirements and usage standards. This process may include inspections of the mold's size, surface quality, strength, etc.‌

‌Production stage‌: After the mold is debugged, it can be used for helmet production. During the production process, the carbon fiber sheet is placed in the mold, and after high-temperature steaming and cutting processes, the finished helmet is finally formed‌.
