Specific operation important points in the course of the injection molding process‌:

Filling stage‌: Start injection molding from mould closure till the mould cavity is stuffed to about 95%. When filling at excessive speed, the shear charge is high, the plastic viscosity decreases, and the drift resistance decreases; when filling at low speed, the shear charge is low and the waft resistance is large‌.

Pressure retaining stage‌: Due to the shrinkage of plastic quantity all through cooling, a positive strain need to be maintained on the soften in the mould cavity to make certain the compactness, dimensional accuracy and mechanical houses of the plastic part.

Cooling stage‌: The plastic is cooled and formed in the mold.

Demolding stage‌: After the plastic section in the mildew cavity is cooled and shaped, the plastic phase is eliminated from the mould cavity thru the ejection system.
